Founder/CEO

Rerhe has over a decade of experience as a dynamic Trade Facilitator. She excels in fostering and managing robust Trade Relations, Market Entry Advisory, Business Development, Policy Formulation, Project Management and Media Advocacy.

She has been recognised for orchestrating impactful economic development events through public-private partnerships and driving trade discussions between countries and business communities.

In 2021, she Co-founded RernCo Multi Solutions Limited, a trade and investment company specialising in providing comprehensive solutions for International Businesses, Market Entry Advisory, Market Research, Events, Project management and Public Relations. Also, Rerhe's passion for grassroots sports development and the overall well-being of indigent children created Rernco Sports Academy (RSA), a subsidiary of Rernco Multisolutions Ltd, which births several initiatives that contribute to the betterment and Learning for Lasting Peace of her community.

Rerhe Idonije holds a first degree in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business and Sustainable Development from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, Netherlands. She is also an alumnus of the Pan African University, Lagos, under the Senior Management Program (SMP).

In 2018, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs awarded her an Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) fellowship, a fully funded scholarship. In 2014, Tack International and TMI Star awards in Shanghai recognised her as one of the top three young emerging talents.

Rerhe is a squash enthusiast and an internationally recognised referee by the World Squash Officiating.

With 18 years working experience, in private consultancy firm, several Bank's project team as Project Quantity Surveyor, and Project Manager where he headed the international branch expansion of Bank PHB now Keystone Bank. He was the Senior Facility Manager of Asset Management LCC in Dubai UAE where he managed various state of the art Mixed Developed Properties until joining Adena Integrated Services Limited.

He is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor, Construction Project Manager and Facility & Infrastructure Manager.

He also holds an Advance Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management from James Linds Institute, a Mini-MBA in Agribusiness in a Digital Age from Business School Netherlands, A certificate in Sustainable food
security from Wageningen University and Research, an Economics of Agriculture Value Chains certification from

Victoria akintola

head of projects and market development

Victoria Akintola, an emerging leader in the project management and data science space, started her career working as a team lead of Enactus. This global youth-led organisation works with college students to translate volunteering into social impact projects.

In that capacity, she managed a network of about 100 students and
developed over 12 impact projects that reached nearly 10,000 people. Post-enacts, Victoria started leading a social impact project, Thrive foundation, a friend-led organisation that puts personal resources into community change projects. In that capacity, she led a team of about ten and implemented five significant projects.
Between 2020 to 2022, Victoria explored the banking industry and worked in the international settlement and virtual banking unit of Keystone. She also worked in the
Refunds unit.
In her career, Victoria has also jumped on a few things like working as an associate at Entrova, volunteering with PM Hub, supporting the incubation stage of Kultra and a few more worthwhile endeavours.
Victoria is passionate about three things; driving sustainable projects, delivering impact and building businesses.
